By accessing or using PunchInn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, employees, and subscribers.
PunchInn is a cloud-based HR and Payroll Management System that provides employee management, attendance tracking (including ZKTeco biometric integration), payroll processing, leave management, offboarding workflows, and related HR services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with modular pricing.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
All intellectual property rights in the Service (code, design, logos, documentation) remain the property of PunchInn. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PunchInn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PunchInn operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
