PunchInn is an all-in-one HR and Payroll Management System. Here's how to get up and running:

  • Request a quote — Visit our pricing page to select the modules you need and receive a tailored quote.
  • Onboarding — After subscribing, our team will walk you through setup in a free onboarding call, including employee import, shift configuration, and biometric integration.
  • Employee self-service — Employees log in at their dedicated portal to view payslips, submit leave requests, and track attendance.
  • Admin panel — Admins manage payroll, approve leaves, configure shifts, and monitor real-time attendance from the admin dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I reset my password? — Use the "Forgot Password" link on your login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.
  • Can I integrate ZKTeco biometric machines? — Yes. PunchInn supports ZKTeco devices via the ADMS protocol. Punches sync automatically in real time.
  • How is payroll calculated? — Payroll uses a formula-based engine. Define salary components, and the system handles tax, loan deductions, and overtime automatically.
  • Can I change my subscription plan? — Yes. Contact our support team or use the subscriber dashboard to request a plan change.
  • Is my data secure? — All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Troubleshooting

  • Clock-in not working? — Check if your IP is within the allowed range (if IP restriction is enabled). Also verify that your shift hasn't expired for the day.
  • Payslip not generated? — Ensure the payroll has been processed for the period. The queue worker must be running for payslip generation.
  • Not receiving notifications? — Check your notification settings in the app. Ensure push notifications are enabled on your device.
  • Biometric punches not syncing? — Verify the ZKTeco device is online and configured with the correct server URL pointing to your PunchInn instance.
